This is a fabulous venue, not a bad seat in the house. A small and intimate venue.

In the box there are 5 seats, first come first serve for this event. Extra legroom, no one kicking the seat behind you and you don't need to share the armrest.

This was a great seat! The sound is wonderful and the venue is overall wonderful. There are eateries and public parking nearby.

Stage is too large for this small group. Sound was okay.

Gorgeous venue, plenty of parking, fabulous sound. The sight line is good.

Attended a concert here with my 6'6" husband . We originally had seats in the front row for our section but the seats could not accommodate him. The box office swapped ours for these ADA seats. Excellent view and plenty of room for the mister.

Sorry, this was an afterthought and I should have got a pic without my program. However, it was a very good seat, on the aisle so there isn't someone's head in front of you. No obstructions to view the stage.
