A little far away for me

Great comfortable seats. No obstruction

Seats are not offset from the one in front of you. You may have to lean to the right or left of the person's head in front of you.

Very small theater, each seat seems to have a decent view. Seat #'s run higher from left to right in this section. Near side of stage slightly obscured, but not a detriment to watching the show

The seats themselves are very uncomfortable. Concrete floors. Like being at a high school gym

Obstructed view, this means only far back corner is not viewable, minimal effect. Also seat 2 has less leg room. I'm 6ft and seat 4 was fine

Small theater, so there really ain't a bad seat. This seat is on the end aisle. My only complaint is that cold air was blowing the whole night. It was the end of November, so I'm not sure if that was the A/C or a draft of some sort.
