Amazing seat! Super close to the stage and in a row with only 3 seats. Amazing sight lines and although sold as obstructed because of the overhang it didn't obstruct anything in this show! Incredible musical!

Aisle seat, great view, close to door for easy in and out. For “Six” performance sound booth was behind us.

I was disappointed to see the pole and extremely high handrail partially blocking my view - I think this should have been sold as "obstructed view." My friend in seat 424 said her view was perfect and I think 426 was pretty good too. Still, amazing show!!

I’m 5’1” and have a hard time seeing when pretty much anyone is in front of me. My husband is 6’4” and never has the leg room he needs. These seats were perfect for us - no one was in front of me, and he could completely stretch out!

Great seats at a good price.

Likely the furthest back you can be before the overhang blocks your view. Nice views of stage

Not a great seat. Not enough step height between roes and angled view on your neck.

This is literally the “nose bleeds” of this theatre. Yes that is a pole. But you’re in the last row so feel free to stand up for a better view.

Wasn't expecting a clear sight line this far back in the Mezz (3 rows from the back), but was really impressed! Patrons sitting lower did not block my view.

They should pay you to sit in this seat for 3.5 hours.

It said "Obstructed View", It meant it. As a plus you are definitely not concerned about the roof falling down.

Large speakers blocking half the stage. But the seat next to it 202 is okay because you can leave over the balcony slightly to see.

Love the closeness but couldn’t see the turn table which would have been great.
