Good seat, last row in the mezzanine. Full view of stage! Leg room not too bad, seats comfortable.

Lottery seats! Small theater. Tiny seats, they’re comfortable but very narrow. Nice view from mezzanine to be honest

Much closer and better sightlines than expected. FYI, theatre has no handicap accessible bathrooms - down 19 steps without an elevator. They send you to a hotel an avenue away for a wheelchair bathroom.

Great seat although some very limited action that occurred extreme Stage Right was hard to see but overall a fantastic seat for a memorable show. Legroom OK (standard Broadway).

Specifically for King Lear, there are entrances/exits through the audience that you won't be able to see from the balcony. Otherwise, decent view, though a tad far and a tad steep. Leg room is minimal at best.

Judging from how well I can see people sitting in the front row, this is a great seat for the price.
