There are no rows 1–8 in this section. 9 is right at the railing, with a corridor entrance below you, and a little space below the railing to stretch your toes. Great for most of the concert, with the occasional side-stage gobo shining right in your eyes.

Match for Africa 4. Great seats for a tennis match. No one behind you for quite aways, so you aren't standing in anyone's way.

Concrete wall in front of this row, kind of tight leg room but good view for 200 level.

Very zoomed in picture, definitely nose bleed seats otherwise.

For this particular tour, it was very hard to see her from this seat because there were no screens with cameras on her. Otherwise good full stage view.
