I'm 5'10" and had more than enough legroom. The seat was cushioned with individual armrests. The view was perfection as there is a slight incline and seats are off-set. Luckily the people in front of me were short so the view was perfect and unobstructed.

Furthest seat to the right in the first row

Although it’s the first row, you can still see all the action upstage. The actors stand so close to you and we made eye contact many times with them.

Great view of the stage, I’m 5ft 7 and I had enough legroom to move around. This row only has 3 seats in it with no one behind you.

Amazing view of the stage!!! Mezzanine scallops out so this seat has a TON of legroom. No obstructions.

Excellent view, much closer to the stage than it appears in pics. Lots of leg room!

Great center view even though the last Row. Group of 6 seats. 101 is not aisle but against a short wall. 106 would be considered the aisle.

The photo looks further away than in reality. These were great seats! Could see everything & all their faces. Being at the very back of the mezzanine meant that no one was blocking the view. These seats were right by the steps so we had extra leg room!

Excellent seat with extra leg room due to the way the wall of the mezzanine is "scalloped."

$49 rush ticket. Very obstructed - can only see the center to the left side of the stage. Everything on the right side is obstructed. Can see facial expressions very well. You do not miss too much of Hugh and Sutton because they are always staged at the center of the stage so you do not miss them. It was worth $49 if you really want to see the show. Not the best seat by any means.

Great seat !!! Last seat in center mezzanine on left side with full view of the whole stage including left side back. Lots of leg room.
